In a Contingency Search, a
fee obligation results with the hiring or accepted offer of employment
by the employer of a referred applicant within one year of the
original referral date. Fees are based upon the total amount of
the estimated annual compensation offered to the applicant which
includes, salary / bonus, salary / commission, draw / commission
or straight commission compensation programs.
Fees are calculated as a percentage per each
thousand dollars of the first years compensation offered to the
candidate.

Retained assignments are ideal for the
client company that desires a proactive involvement in personnel
development. The normal retainer is a mutually agreed upon amount,
with 1/3 paid upon initiation of the search and the remainder
paid upon successful completion of the search. The advantages
